ITIL maturity model
Where is your organization sitting on the ITIL maturity model? Are you continuously putting out fires in the AD-HOC stage or are you more into the "managed" or even the "optimized" stage if it comes to ITSM?
My experience during the last 25y, lot of companies are still in an "AD-HOC" or a "Repeatable" mode. I've used my experience several times to bring them in a more "Controlled" or even a "Managed" mode.
